The Pullman Cafe has been a Pawhuska landmark since the early days
of Pawhuska. It is believed to have started out as a railroad
Pullman Car, part of which we believe remains part of the present
building. Letty Bradley has owned the business since January 29, 1995 and serves the best chicken fried steaks in Pawhuska. Her daughter,
Susie is the mainstay of the business and always waits on you with
a friendly smile and great service.
Letty and Susie serve a lunch
special everyday for $4....Monday is Chicken Fried Steak;
Tuesday is Beef and Noodles; Wednesday is Goulash; Thursday is
Pork Chop and Friday is Catfish Fillet
Lunches are served with
three vegetables of your choice from a variety available....(Macaroni and Tomatoes are always one of the choices on Mondays and Fridays)
They also give a free T-Bone Steak every week for the longest
trout caught at Pawhuska City Lake during trout season from November through March
